- All balloons are checked before collection/delivery. We are unable to cover any bursting, deflation or damage after balloons are handed over in good condition.
- Standard 10/12” balloons generally float for approximately 6–8 hours indoors. Float time may vary depending on temperature and environment.
- For best results, keep balloons indoors and in a cool environment. Avoid direct sunlight, heat, sharp objects and leaving balloons inside a parked car.
- Replacement is only applicable for balloons that burst before or during handover.
- Customised or personalised balloons are non-refundable once confirmed.
