  • PLACING ORDER

  • ORDER DISCLAIMERS
    - All contents & pictures on the website are for reference and illusion only. Every XOXO bouquets are handcrafted, we seek your understanding and acceptance that bouquet sizes as well as bloom sizes, colours and design may vary from the pictures shown on website. We will try our best to accommodate your requests but we reserve the right to replace anything equivalent in case of unavailability of your desired one. - All natural thing varies in colour, shape, size etc. This unpredictable nature is what makes them unique, the beauty of flower is in their uniquely delicate, fragile and perishable nature, hence cannot be completely flawless.
  • PAYMENT
    You can make payment via Internet banking / cash bank in OR e-wallet (Sarawak Pay / Boost). Please kindly send us your transcation receipt for your order confirmation.
  • DELIVERY SERVICE
    - Delivery is available between 1pm-5pm from Monday to Saturday. Delivery within Miri city area: from RM6. Krokop, Boulevard, Pujut, Riam, Miri Airport: from RM12. Lutong, Permy, Taman Tunku, - Free Delivery within Miri city area (Tanjung to Boulevard Areas) is subject to any purchase above RM250 on normal business days - (exclude special occasion, public holiday & peak season) 50% discount on delivery fee for Miri outskirt area. - Please take note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, subjected to driver availability. We work with trusted delivery drivers to carry out the deliveries, so that we can concentrate on working on your flowers. - If at the time of delivery, no recipient or representative is available to receive the flowers, the courier will call the recipient and/or the sender for further instructions. If both the sender and recipient cannot be contacted via telephone within 10 minutes of the driver's arrival, the flowers will be left at a reception/ front desk, or at the door. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items from that point onwards. The sender is responsible for bearing any delivery cost for the second delivery attempt. - For same day delivery services, the order must be placed before 12pm. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and cannot be changed.

  • OPERATION HOURS
    XOXO Centrepoint Main Branch (Spring) Monday to Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm ​Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed (Except Valentine's day, Mother's & Father's Day) XOXO Myymall Lutong Branch (Autumn) Tuesday to Sunday: 11:00am - 5:00pm ​Monday and Public Holidays: Closed (Except Valentine's day, Mother's & Father's Day) * We accept orders for every Occassion & Events. Any special request is based on our availability.
  • MESSAGE / CARD
    All orders come with a complimentary message card.
  • CANCELLATION
    - Orders can be amended or cancelled by 3PM, TWO (2) day before the intended delivery date. Order cancellations maybe made by contacting our customer service whatsapp 01155018160. - A procession fee of RM10 or 10% of the amount paid (whichever is higher) will be deducted from each refund made. - There is no refund upon completion of production or production of the flowers prepared. Production will be done either the day before or on the day of delivery specified by sender. - Unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect details provided will be no refunded. Sender/Recipient will be contacted to make an alternative arrangement. - If the order is cancelled by us: Full refund
  • COMPLAINT / FEEDBACK
    - In the event of complaint or feedback, kindly provide the product pictures (clear & close-up shot on defect item) immediately once received the items via e-mail or latest to be 8 hours from the time we delivered the products in order for us to initiate the investigation as most of our products are perishable. - During the investigation, we might contact sender and recipient for further information/discussion. We will look into each case and reserve the right for the conclusion.
